DRÄGER LAR 8000:

THE FLEXIBLE, ALL-PURPOSE REBREATHER

When lives are at stake during a mission, you must be able to adjust to unforeseen situations. The LAR 8000 rebreather from Dräger is perfectly equipped for these situations, enabling you to choose between front and back carry, closed-circuit (CCR) mode to avoid bubble formation, or semi-closed (SCR) mode at oxygen levels of 60% and to reach greater depths using nitrox.

- Minimal breathing resistanceDivers are faced with a wide range of challenges. Anything that reduces strain and improves performance will help the diver in successfully completing the task. The ability to breathe underwater is a constant challenge.The special design of the LAR 8000 ensures extremely low breathing resistance and advanced breathing performance for the diver.

- Durability:Harsh external conditions can affect the life-sustaining components inside the device. The LAR 8000 is prepared for any event. Its durable housing encloses and securely protects the breathing bag, scrubber and pneumatic equipment, and therefore, the safety of the diver.

- Simple operationThe device is quickly ready for use and simple to operate before, during and after the mission. Regardless of whether visibility or space is limited, The P-Con click connection on the LAR 8000 enables divers to mount it quickly and easily, without the need for any tools.

- Adjustable lung demand valveFor whatever the task requires, the diver can adjust the opening pressure of the lung demand valve. The diver can switch between easy, comfortable breathing under normal diving conditions, or a harder setting for use during tactical ascents.

- Non-magnetic (optional)The LAR 8000 is a non-magnetic diving device in accordance with STANAG 2897 Class A. All components ofthe device are designed and tested according to this standard.

The Dräger DiveSorb® Go 8000 cartridge is an easy-to-use, clean and efficient solution for CO2-absorption in the Dräger LAR 8000.

- Made for Dräger LAR 8000Specifically designed and tested with the Dräger LAR 8000 the Dräger DiveSorb® Go 8000 cartridge ensures best performance of the device.

- Clean and safeDust filters on both sides of the cartridge are keeping the soda lime where it belongs. In the cartridge. Thatmeans less efforts for cleaning the device after use and a even smaller risk of dust contact than with standard DiveSorb® Pro.

- Easy to installWithout any need for modification, The Dräger DiveSorb® Go 8000 can be installed in every existing Dräger LAR 8000 CO2 scrubber.

DRÄGER LAR 5010

LAR 5010 is a closed-circuit diving apparatus for special operations diving. LAR 5010 has the option of connecting a second pneumatic system for a 60% O2 nitrox mixture to allow for deeper depths. It also offers the additional option to be back-carried.

- Non-magnetic and easy to use unitLAR 5010 is a rebreather for military use and is non-magnetic as per STANAG 2897 A. All components of the LAR 5010 are well-protected in a strong housing. LAR 5010 is easy to prepare and easy to use. On the housing, it offers the option to fix additional gear like underwater communication-equipment.

- Front or back-carried unitLAR 5010 can be carried at the chest or on the back. For use on the back, a backpack kit is available, which consists of extended hoses, additional extended pressure gauge and an extended bypass system. The additional bypass button is easily accessible, as it can be worn at the front of the diver, e. g. on the weight belt. LAR 5010 has an adjustable LDV. This is especially advantageous in tactical ascents.

DRÄGER SECOR 7000

The diving regulator Dräger Secor 7000 was developed for the professional diver. The medium pressure hose can be attached to either side of the 2nd stage to ensure diver comfort. The Secor 7000 integrates perfectly with the Panorama Nova Dive full-face mask. The complete pneumatics can be individually configured by the diver.

- Professional Diving with the Dräger Secor 7000 The demands of professional diving are great and require a high level of flexibility and reliability from all system components. The Secor 7000 regulator, integrated with the open circuit diving system Dräger PSS® Dive and the full-face mask Dräger Panorama Nova Dive, was designed to optimally meet these demands. The combination of first and second stage enables the diver to breathe safely and comfortably, and is also designed for diving in cold water (2 °C to 40 °C / 35.6 °F to 104 °F).

- The Second Stage Regulator – Secure and Comfortable In order to achieve maximum flexibility, it is possible to connect the hose to the second stage regulator from either the left or right side. Cleaning is simple because the second stage can be opened without tools.

- Simple filling procedureThe Dräger DOB 200 ECO provides the correct amount of pressure in order to common oxygen cylinders in just one step. What’s more, additional pumping is no longer necessary thanks to its innovative and intuitive technology. When the correct filling pressure has been reached, the Dräger DOB 200 ECO automatically turns itself off.

- Robust and transportable protective caseThe Dräger DOB 200 ECO is housed in a sturdy plastic case. The built-in wheels ensure ease of deployment and make transport from a vehicle to work area quick and hassle free.

- Flexible positioning of the fill panelFor mobile usage, just attach the filling panel directly to the pump. In order to easily fill cylinders in workshops, the filling panel can be mounted for example: on the wall or on a table. The Dräger Nitrox 200 is a configurable, manually operable unit for mixing nitrox gases out of oxygen (up to 200 bar) and breathing air (up to 200 bar).

- Mobile or fixed installationThe transport case version of the Nitrox 200 stands out because of its mobility – indispensable for professional diving. Thanks to its light weight of only 9 kg (19.8 lb), the entire unit can be easily transported in the case including all the supply and disposal lines.

- Extensive range of functionsAs a central interface between the auxiliary equipment and the components of the mixed gas system, the Dräger Nitrox 200 simplifies operation for the user with a wide array of functions:

- Supply of oxygen directly from the oxygen source or via the booster

DRÄGER OXYTEST 2000

The Dräger Oxytest 2000 can determine the oxygen content of breathing air and oxygen mixtures, such as nitrox. This mobile testing system is indispensable, especially for professional diving applications.

- Simple filling procedureWhen operating mixed gas cylinder filling systems, mixed gas transfer systems as well as gas mixing and filling systems, it is imperative to check the oxygen content of the mixed gas storage cylinders before transfer and the oxygen content of the mixed gas cylinders after filling.

- Flexible positioning of the fill panelThe measuring device can be easily connected to the filling system or cylinder to be checked by means of a plug connection.

- Robust and waterproofThe Dräger X-am® 5000 is tough: waterproof and dustproof according to IP67, and the detector remains fully functional even after falling into water. Specially designed to meet the requirements of the Navy, the Dräger Aerotest® Navy is used to monitor the purity of breathing air in the high pressure range.

- Tested breathing airUsing the Dräger Aerotest® Navy, it is possible to determine the quality of the breathing air which is supplied by a compressor or a compressed gas cylinder (up to a maximum pressure of 300 bar). By means of the test system, the reliable testing of the breathing air is ensured according to the US navy standard.

- Pollutant detection and measurementThe Dräger Aerotest® Navy determines the quantity of various potential pollutants: It is possible to reliably determine carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydro steam and oil in the compressed air either individually or simultaneously.

- Fast and easy to useThe measuring device can be used independently of power supplies and, using conventional tools, can be connected with a G5/8, CGA 347 or .825 -14 NGO-RH-EXT connector to the high-pressure compressed air supply system to be monitored easily and without problems.
