DESCRIPTION Macedonian International Leadership Development Seminar is an annual conference created in order to challenge AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia members into the next steps of their development path in the organization. Through these exciting 4 days, members are given the opportunity to strengthen their skills and develop their leadership abilities through the medium of AIESEC. MILDS is a conference of great importance for AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia, and definitely a very special conference for the whole MC team. This facilitators opportunity will be for the TMP track on this conference. The TMP track is consisted of

members who were recruited in Autumn recruitment or other members that don’t/didn’t have a leadership position until now. The flow of the sessions will be based on understanding the HOW of TMP and the WHY of the TLP, not theoretically, but with concrete tools and skills for empowering the members in TMP track .

Facilitator responsibilities: Work on sessions virtually with the Agenda Manager and the other facilitators and co-facilitators, Create session outlines for the allocated sessions, Create materials for the sessions (PPTs, flipcharts, videos, games …etc.), respect DDL

Skills required: Excellent English, Perfect Presentation Skills, Flexible, Active Learner, Creative, Energy to perform on four days conference

• Within the soft skill workshops we want to give the delegates practical tips for their work. Which
