The project for the interiors of the restaurant BIS in Milan involved the architectural Studio Nomade. The idea comes from the desire to evoke the typical interior of the Pugliese farms: the niches in plaster, majolica tiles, stone cutting on the floors. The colors evoke the Mediterranean lands. The furniture, specially designed for the restaurant, echo the rural character of the farms, iron and raw wood. Particular attention has been given to the lighting, lamps that illuminate differently every corner. •

Un ristorante di panzerotti pugliesi a Milano: il progetto, firmato dallo Studio di Architettura Nomade, vuole essere una fine rievocazione delle masserie pugliesi, con le maioliche, i pavimenti in pietra, le nicchie in calce. I colori rievocano le terre mediterranee. Gli arredi, appositamente disegnati per il locale, riprendono il carat-tere rurale delle fattorie, ferro e legno grezzo. Particolare attenzione è stata posta all’illuminazione degli ambienti, lampade che illumina-no in modo differente ogni angolo.
