  • Team Leader , Coordinator, and Managers must be

    present in Cambodia for the whole term UNLESS they are

    out of the country:

    Attend international conferences

    Attend universitys compulsory internship

    Attend non-AIESEC conferences/learning activities

    Some Exceptional Case

    Criteria for applying: must be in Full Membership Status

    If you are worried about financial ability, it wont affect

    the reason of applying.

    The application must be submitted before 23:59PM (GMT +7) on 1st

    January 2016 with:

    Questionnaire: all questions must be answered

    Motivation Letter: maximum of 1 page

    CV: mention past and current experience in AIESEC

    Video: Answering why you apply for that role

    2 Endorsement Letters: from your teammate and Team Leader (also VP)

    4 x 6 photo: please attach it in the application

    These elements must be combined into a zip file under the name of

    function_2015_firstname_lastname

    (for example: iGCDP_2015_Chantharith_Kong)

    And send to both LCP, and Both VP(s) in which function you are applying.

    General Tips

    Please do not wait till the last minutes to complete the application

    Try to approach people as much as you can: current TL, VP, VP elect

    Try to do research more about current reality of the function

    Responsibility:

    Synergy with other functions

    Total marketing calls and meetings

    TN raising management

    Manage matching process

    Accommodation and reception management

    Quality Management

    Assisting members with IPS

    Expectation setting with EPs and Members

    Promote Brand Name of the LC

    TXP Coordinator TM

    Position: TXP Coordinator

    Overview: Responsible to improve Team Experience quality of other

    functions.

    Responsibility:

    Keep track on other Function about Team Minimum

    Implement TM Plan

    Improve Team Experience of other functions

    Attend each functional meetings

    Check the attendance of TLs and TMPs for each meeting

    Coordinate with TLs and VPs in each function

    Report the meeting to LCVP TM

    Assist to set annual training with each functions

    Help to solve members' problem

    Work closely with other functions about the relevancy of their

    programme to our market

    Ensure Members Educational Cycle will be implement properly

    Responsibility:

    Prepare and organize every events in LC

    Participate and join constantly event of AIESEC Cambodia

    Keep Track on LC event

    Responsibility:

    Manage every LCs Channel (Facebook, Instagram, Line, )

    Create Project to improve marketing

    Handle External and Internal Poster Checking with AIESEC branding

    and message

    Give the Information to people in LC about AIESEC branding & how to

    design
