NOTICE OF APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that the Commonwealth appeals to the Superior
Court of Pennsylvania from the order entered on December 31, 2012, by the Honorable
Lawrence F. Clark, Jr., Judge, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, granting
defendant's motion to quash. This appeal includes cases joined in the motion to quash,
a copy of which is attached herein. The undersigned hereby certifies in good faith that
the order in question will terminate or substantially handicap the prosecution in the
above-captioned matter.
This Order has been reduced to judgment and entered in the docket as
evidenced by the attached copy of the docke entry.
