Office 365 Education is a collection of services based on cloud computing being as a Software as a

Service (SaaS). It’s available for free to teachers who are currently working at an academic institution and

to students who are currently attending an academic institution. Services are based on IT Infrastructure

such as e-mail, collaboration & management, unified communication, Office Online (Word, PowerPoint,

Excel and OneNote), 1 TB for OneDrive storage and etc. Office 365 supports people in the organization

collaborate efficiently. It is useful tool for teachers and students for sharing knowledge, assignment

Office 365 is divided into 3 types; Exchange online,

SharePoint Online and Skype for Business. Further-

more, Office 365 consists with many services, for

example VDO channel, Forms, BI, Yammer, Planner,

SWAY, Flow that users can apply these services for

teaching in school or university such as teaching,

examination, report, presentation, other teaching

media and web site, etc.

that provides organization with access to the full-

featured version of exchange Server. It includes access

managing work schedule, meeting or appointment. It

protects spam, malware, so data is safe with world-

class security.

Skype for Business is a program using for communiction

based for message, voice, VDO and sharing information

in the same time, supporting online meeting and
