The bar feeder for bar diameters of 0.8 mm - 23 mm

The micromag 20 operates on the principle of the single-step feed and allows for very economical material bar replacement times and a very process-reliable hoisting of even very small material bars. The lateral material storage is also equipped with a pivotable pilgrim step separation to optimally separate bar materials with a very small diameter and to transfer them into the guide channel.

Efficient and practice-oriented handling ...

z Fast and easy replacement of inserts makes the efficient adaption of the guide channel to different material diameters possible.

z An optional shifting device allows for the bar feeder to be pushed away up to 400 mm from the lathe to replace a spindle reduction, for example.

z The pilgrim step separation placed below the material storage can be pivoted upwards in just a few steps for the processing of bar diameters of < 4 mm and thus makes an optimal separation possible.

z The torsion-resistant machine base made of extruded aluminium forms the solid base and guaran tees the highest vibration dampening together with inserts made of plastic

Optimal material bar guidance ...

z When using a movable spindle stock, the sychronized device couples the bar feed of the bar feeder mechanically to the spindle stock via a coupling system and thus guarantees synchronized following of the pusher.

z The guide steady in combination with the following guide tube or telescopic tube guarantee an opti mal guidance, even of small bar diameters in a bigger guide channel. For lathes with long travels along the z-axis a following steady rest is offered as additional support of the material bar.
