low-power offering price competitiveness. ABOV’s Cortex-M series are adopted Cortex-M0/M0+ and

Cortex-M3 core, and will spread into the new high performance Cortex-M4F series. These series

controllers. The single remote control MCU is recommended for simple remote controller

Touch Key MCUABOV touch key MCU is a capacitive touch sensor solution that uses a keypad with an I2C output.

These sensor solution functions by measuring the capacitance of twelve electrode points. ABOV

touch key MCU allows customers to produce smart and differentiated designs on top of meeting high

performance standards and satisfying power consumption expectations in fields.

Multimedia MCUA special solution for 3D active shutter-glass LCD, 3D-glasses IC consists of an MCU-type and a non-

MCU-type products that receive synchronization timing via IR or RF. ABOV LED BLU MCU offers the

most highly integrated solution, reducing the overall system cost and size for LED backlights. PWM

dimming frequency and duty cycle can be controlled through I2C bus using internal registers. Voice

MCU features integrated audio codecs for analog and digital conversion, MCUs for handling system

control and user interface, and programmable DSPs for encoding/decoding of compressed data.

Customized MCUABOV Customized MCUs offer the widest selection of MCU-integrated ICs for wide range of

Audio SolutionABOV DDC (Digital-to-Digital Converter) is a highly integrated system-on-chip solution supporting

multi-channel PWM modulators. Audio SoC is a highly integrated single chip solution that simplifies

development process to build premium sound systems. Our Audio SoC supports lossless digital

interfaces and amplification to deliver true hi-fi audio experience. Full digital Class-D audio amplifier

implements a dual channel full-bridge or a quad channel half-bridge in which each full-bridge can be

driven independently as stereo single-ended audio amplifiers or complementarily in a bridge-tied

load (BTL) audio amplifier configuration.

LED LightingLED drivers are specially designed to operate LED solutions for general lighting applications. All of our

LED drivers feature dimming controls for energy savings.

Light SensorThe Ambient Light Sensors (ALS) approximate the human eye’s response to various lighting conditions.

The devices cover a wide range of brightness ranging from a low-level light to a very bright sunlight

with accurate ALS measurements. An ALS is particularly useful for display dimming control used to

reduce power consumption, extend battery life, and provide optimal viewing experience under

diverse lighting conditions.

PeripheralsABOV provides segment LED/LCD/VFD driver ICs to expand the range of possible applications and offer

customers with a variety of flexible, high-quality display solutions.

I/O expander provides general purpose parallel input/output (I/O) expansion for the two-line bidirectional

bus protocol. Our I/O expander is a simple solution to add additional I/Os for switches, sensors, push-

buttons, LEDs, fans, and other similar devices, whenever needed.

ABOV's emulator, debugger and simulator development studios are IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) for ABOV's 96x, 97x products based on M8051 core. The

emulator and debugger IDEs provide project & text editors for code entry, accurate cycle simulation, and OCD (On Chip Debugger). Our IDEs support Windows OS.

ROM Writer

ABOV's ROM writer supports dual environments of PC mode for development and standalone mode for production. It is easy to use, setup and update with user downloaded
