InstuctionsPrint out the doilies (as many as you need) and cut them out. Wrap the right end around (so the illustration is on the outside) up to the line on the opposite end and glue or tape into place. Place a finished cupcake into each doily ring then present the cupcakeson a platter or tray for a festive Valentine’s Day display.
