The event featured a night of buffet-style food, drinks and the appearance of Michael Vick who later signed autographs for fans that previously purchased exclusive tickets for Opening Night. Spending the night in VIP, Nick Schrank and fellow teammate JeRome Mann, were able to talk with Michael Vick briefly. "It was just a hi...goodbye...and here's a NICKSCHRANK.COM shirt for ya! But I really enjoyed getting to meet him and I hope somewhere down the road I'll get to do it again," said Nick. The Grand Opening of Restaurant Seven proved to be a very valuable experience for Nick Schrank as he was able to mix and mingle with the National Football League’s finest.
