Created a paperless reporting system to process and track deceased annuitants. This process allowed for proper tracking of overpayments to deceased annuitants and also prevented any further overpayments.

Proposed and initiated a process to query all reported deceased annuitants and ensure that their annuity payments ceased in a batch update to the database. This semi-monthly procedure prevented an average of and additional $30,000 per month from being paid to deceased participants.
