Can’t they work any faster? Does anyone have an update on the Orlando station or the construction of track between Cocoa Beach and Orlando?

This is unrelated, but out of curiosity, does anyone know what the construction going on at the FPL substation at SW 3rd Street and SW 2nd Ave is (across the street from the lot sold to Carlos Mattos & Ytech? It looks like maybe they’re trying to subdivide it form the parts closer to the river with the actual substation? And what’s going on at the lot at the north side of SW3rd street and Riverfront Alley? It looks like it’s owned by Miami Self-Storage, so I imagine that’s what they’re building.
