Sampling and Litigation Support Technical lead for an engagement requiring the independent verification of data used in a natural resource damage assessment of lost recreational use for a large federal agency in preparation for litigation. The case settled for $18.7B.

Provided quality control and oversight of statistical sampling programs used to select items for validation

Led the development of programs to recreate the data management process that transformed raw survey data into final model inputs, to validate that survey data collected were handled in accordance to established protocols and adhered to quality standards

Led implementation of a methodology to verify that the aerial photography data used in the damage assessment was consistent and representative of the information captured by overflight photography
