Long Term Partnerships

● Each housing development has an assigned Full Service Partner (FSP)

● Client services provided by FSP’s Personal Service Coordinator (PSC)

● All services provided by the PSC’s may be on-site or in the community

HCA and OCCS Partnership

● Memorandum of Understanding developed between all service partners

● Orange County Community Services (OCCS) to provide technical assistance in developing MHSA housing projects

● Health Care Agency (HCA)/ Behavioral Health Services (BHS) to provide direction and/or input on needs and coordination of services

Notice of Funding Availability

● Part of OCCS Affordable Rental Housing “Notice of Funding Availability” (NOFA) when open. When funding is available contact OCCS for further information.

● NOFA funds are approved by the Board of Supervisors before funds are disbursed by OCCS.
