The wide menu variety and beverage choices is an initiative associated with meeting customer needs more effectively. 3. Which initiatives are focused on more efficiently delivering products and services? Improved restaurant operations and convenience and expansion of dining opportunities are associated with meeting customer needs more effectively. 4. Which initiatives will likely result in the most sustainable competitive advantage? Improved restaurant operations, affordable pricing, wide menu variety and beverage choices, convenience and expansion of dining opportunities, and ongoing restaurant reinvestment and international investment, or all will ultimately result in the greatest amount of sustainable competitive advantage.
