Please explain any further conditions: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________All puppies, unless specified above, are sold with FCI registration papers and a two-year guarantee against any puppy crippled by congenital hip dysplasia. The breeder must be presented with a certified letter from a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of finding crippling congenital hip dysplasia along with severe pain, which, in order to be humane, would lead to euthanization. A replacement puppy of equal value will then be provided to the buyer, as soon as one becomes available. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner and not of M.G. Kennels. By signing this contract below, both parties agree to the conditions set forth above. In order for this health guarantee to be valid, the following conditions must be met:The new owner agrees that:1. All pups are of sound mind and body and are stable temperament upon purchase of pup. M.G. Kennels is not responsible for

the temperament of any pup after it leaves the premises.2. All puppies must carry the (M.G. Kennels’) name on their registration and if advertised. No M.G. Kennels dog/bitch

photographs, documents, files or titles will be used or advertised in any form or medium without written notarized permission from M.G. Kennels by the owner of this pup.

3. The dog/bitch must be registered with the FCI. And any future pups of said dog/bitch thereof.4. The dog/bitch must be x-rayed & evaluated by the “Penn-Hip” or “OFA” method when the dog/bitch reaches two (2) years of

age before breeding of any breed or show quality M.G. Kennels Dog. (Pet quality M.G. Kennels Dogs/Bitches shall never be bred.)

5. The dog/bitch remains current on all vaccinations and dewormings, including all puppy shots recommended by a licensed veterinarian. The next vaccinations and deworming are due:_________________. This guarantee is non-transferable.

6. No M.G. Kennels dog/bitch shall be bred before passing “Penn-Hip” or “OFA” certification. No M.G. Kennels bitch shall be bred before her third heat cycle. No M.G. Kennels male dog shall be bred before 18 months of age.

7. If any Female M.G. Kennels bitch is bred before her third heat cycle the owner of that bitch will pay a ten thousand dollar penalty as well as surrender all proceeds from the sale of the pups of that breeding to M.G. Kennels.

8. New owner will have pup professionally obedience trained.9. The owner of this pup agrees to and gives M.G. Kennels permission to use and advertise any photos or documents in reference

to this M.G. Kennels Pup.10. This dog/bitch CANNOT be bred (including the sale of semen) without notarized written permission from M.G. Kennels.

Owner will pay M.G.kennels a ten thousand dollar fine if this term of the agreement is violated.11. M.G. Kennels reserves the right of refusal on this puppy, and, if purchased by M.G. Kennels, it will be for no more than half the

original purchase price of this puppy. (If you can no longer keep this dog/bitch you must offer M.G. Kennels this pup first.) Owner will pay M.G. Kennels a ten thousand dollar fine if this term of the agreement is violated.

Deposits are only refundable if the puppy you requested is not available. For example, if you selected a fawn male and none were available, you would be given the option of selecting another puppy, waiting for the next litter, or a refund of your deposit. Deposits are not refundable for any other reason. This contract must be filled out and signed in duplicate to be valid. Both the breeder an the buyer must retain a copy of this document.
