HISTORYFounded in November of 1999 Mallard Group was a small
installation company with only one working crew of eight
team members working with larger national installation
companies and smaller retail manufactures across the
country providing an exceptional experience on ever project.
Later in 2002 Mallard Group partnered directly with Lowes
to provide major remodel and re-merchandising services
nationally, which helped lead the way for Mallard Group’s
rapid growth and superior professional installation services.
Today, the Mallard Group offers an array of different services and is blessed to partner with several world class
brands, retailers and retail manufacturers. Mallard Group prides itself on fostering long lasting relationships and
works hard to insure that its customers and their customers enjoy their experience at retail.
Currently the Mallard Team has a large number of W2 installers and has an extensive network of vetted Mallard
Group independent contractors, allowing us to be competitive across the entire country.

The Best Buy project teams partnered with the Mallard Group as they began to truly break into the
mobile world. The Mallard Group was responsible for coordinating and installing all Best Buy mobile
fixtures and signage nationally. The Mallard Group was also charged with managing all other Best Buy
contractors on site to help ensure a seamless and successful project.
CASE STUdY: BEST BUY
The Mallard Group partners with Nike and its retail manufacturers to insure superior graphic and fixture
installation in highly visible markets across the country for large events such as, The Nike Media Summit
at Cowboys Stadium, The Nike Victory Center, The NCAA Final Four, the Michael johnson Performance
Center, the NBA All Star Game, and for its own retail and channel marketing efforts.

The Mallard Group partnered with HEB and Pratt Corp to install and remodel HEB’s fresh new look.
The Mallard Group worked daily in HEB’s 300 plus stores installing new fixtures and signage as well as
remodeling all of HEB’s pharmacies.
The Mallard Group partnered with dooney and Burke providing new store fixture installation as d&B
expanded their national footprint.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Mallard Group. It has been my pleasure to work with Mallard Group for the past 5 years. In my position as Remerchandising Planning Supervisor, I’m responsible for working with all contractor groups assigned to facilitate remerchandising projects. I’ve found Mallard Group to be consistently pleasant in tackling all project assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Mallard Group is a take-charge company who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the information to their field teams. Brian Mallard and his team has been a tremendous contractor group and an asset to the Lowe’s Remerchandising department. Over the past 5 years, Mallard has successfully completed over 60 Major Remerchandising projects. Each project we will reset between 55% and 70% of our store including Service Areas, Paint, Windows and Walls, Fashion Plumbing, Fashion and Rough Electrical, Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Lumber and Building Materials, Millwork and Home Organization. During your scheduled Major Remerchandising project, Mallard will facilitate new displays installation, fixture changes, product moves and new signage installation. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Mallard Group for any future merchandising work.
In project assignments, Mallard Group has proven to be a take-charge group who is able to successfully develop, plan and implement ideas immediate. Again I highly recommend Mallard Group for future employment and they would make a great asset to any organization.
