We discussed on how meaningful lessons can be created.

Some strategies were given to us on how to apply meaningful lessons in our classrooms.

For example Hye-Yeon Lim was telling us that Yoga is a good way to be mindful.

The definition that she gave us about mindfulness was: paying attention in a particular way or purpose, in the PRESENT moment and nonjudgmentally.

We discussed on how meaningful lessons can be created.
