At El Jefe Leña y Mar, we offer a diverse menu that includes everything from traditional seafood dishes to naturally raised meats all cooked over a wood-burning grill. Our recipes are all made from scratch and are inspired by different regions of Mexico. They reflect the cultural richness of our beloved country’s gastronomy. Wood-fired grilling is our specialty!
