Internal Process and Checklists

S The time clock for processing transcripts begins with the date of student enrollment.

S Student must be placed at the previous school grade level reached pending transcript analysis of Guidance Services. (FD

Local and Administrators Reference Guide)

S Registrar will annotate transcript requests on Transcript Audit Tracking (TAT) Form and also time stamp documents on

date they are received at the campus.

S Initial intake is completed by counselor and documentation submitted to Guidance Services for Review. Preliminary

transcript interpretation in posted as “DRAFT” in CCRP.

S Annotate Date of Student/Parent-Counselor Conference regarding Official District Transcript Review and notification

of grade-level placement in accordance with FD (Local). (e.g.T-Rex)

S Advise parents to voice concerns or questions in accordance with FNG (Local). Approved EPISD form is provided by

Area Superintendents’ Office.
