Dewey Decimal System
The Dewey Decimal system has been around for centuries. It has been greatly modified and its most recent change has been in the year 2003. This system organizes books on library shelves and it makes it easier to put it back in its proper place. The Dewey Decimal System is used in over 200,000 libraries and over 135 countries. It was created in 1876 by Melville Louis Kossuth Dewey. This system is still used today.
