Hi Everyone,

There is a crisis in our nation today and it’s called the crisis of trust or as some people put it, we are facing a “trust deficit”. To many people who are in the know and privy to certain experiences, it is a real issue, whereas to others (l suspect) it is perceived. However, in any case, they are real!

Because of this, we must be careful not to allow this “spirit” to permeate our faith and infiltrate the way we live for God and serve Him. This can happen so subtly and before we know it, it has made us into an unbelieving and cynical person. The Bible exhorts us in Proverbs 3:5-8 with these words,

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.” (ESV)

You can trust God because: • He is faithful. Lam. 3:23 • His Word stands under every circumstance. Matt. 24:35 • His Church will prevail. Matt. 16:18 • He has and will never change. Heb. 13:8

God has chosen to work, in response to our faith in Him. • Nothing can separate you from the love of God. Rom. 8:39 • You are more than conquerors in Him. Rom. 8:37 • All things are possible with Him. Mark 9:23

Do not allow those who mean you harm to bind you in anxiety and fear. Psalm 37:1-3:

“Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.”

Some asked me what do l perceive in my spirit about the future. My answer is, “It will be glorious” because we trust in the Lord!
