one of the following methods: (a) by completing Block 4 and returning copy of the amendment; (b) by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on the Solicitation Offer and Award Sheet, Block 13. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.

3. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Solicitation IFB-20-28687 entitled, “Preformed Thermoplastic Airport Pavement Markings at IAD” is amended as follows:

1. The only approved product for the thermoplastic markings is “Airwork Preformed Thermoplastic” from Ennis-Flint. Ennis-Flint has certified only the following installers of this product:

Des Moines, IA Speidel Airfield Markings, Culpeper, VA Sherwin Industries, Inc., Milwaukee, WI Safety Marking, Inc., Bridgeport, CT Sterndahl Enterprises, Inc., Sun Valley, CA Straight Stripe Painting, St. George, UT Stripe-A-Zone, Grand Praire, TX Striping Technology, L.P., Tyler, TX Zone Striping, Inc., Glassboro, NJ

2. Attachment 01 – Thermoplastic Marking Project Plan

3. Attachment 02 – Thermoplastic Pavement Paint Marking Locations

4. Attachment 03 – Existing Hold Position Stop Yield Marking Measurements

5. In the Solicitation Offer and Award, paragraph 8, change the date “February 26, 2021” to read “March 05, 2021.

6. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
