• Active Network and Omnitracs, two technology companies from San Diego, moved their headquarters to downtown Dallas. Together, the two companies will generate 1,450 jobs.

• Bassett Furniture will open an upholstery manufacturing plant in Grand Prairie. The new 86,000-square-foot plant will house approximately 70 employees.

• Hilti Inc. is relocating its Tulsa-based North American corporate headquarters, test lab, repair service and distribution centers to Plano and is expected to bring about 250 employees.

• Barclays Bank opened a new technology center at the McKinney Corporate Center at Craig Ranch, a move expected to eventually bring 500 jobs.

• State Farm Insurance is anchoring a new regional o�ice in a $1.5 billion mixed-use transit development under construction in Richardson.

• GDC Technics is moving into a 778,000-square-foot hanger at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth. The company will employee up to 600 people by 2020, that includes engineers, technicians, aircra�s maintenance and other specialties.

• CVE Technology Group, an a�ermarket service provider for cellular handsets and consumer electronics moved from New Jersey to Allen with plans to employ 1,200 people.

• Toyota is consolidating its North American headquarters for manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance and corporate operations to a single location in Plano, generating approximately 4,000 jobs.
