SEA GRASS PANEL
The application for the above sea grass panels are shown below: 1. Lamp shades 2. Wall coverings 3. Veneers
Lamp shades are designed in a variety of sizes and colour frames in order to suit the client’s require-ments.
Each panel is designed in such way t h a t W a l l C o v e r s e a m s a r e disappeared.
V EN E E R S
The veneer panel has the natural sea grass Posidonia Oceanica colour and hue. The surface has a texture derived from the formation of the sea grass. Nevertheless, when final varnish or resin is applied the surface is flatten. In some cases, where desirable natural texture is required, surface sanding is avoided. METIS could provide many types of core options to fit your project specifications. • MDF, is a premier substrate for wood veneer. • Veneer Core Plywood, or VC, is a versatile product. It was developed to provide panels with
dimensional stability and good strength both along and across the panel. • Variety of solid woods
WAL L C OV E R
The wall cover has the natural sea grass Posidonia Oceanica colour and hue. The wall cover surface has a texture derived from the formation of the sea grass.

Nearly all the arts in historical China and Japan derive their aesthetic pr inciples from Taoism and Zen Buddhism. The two great philosophical t r a d i t i o n s p r o v e d c o m p a t i b l e specifically with the culture and psychology of Japan. The hallmark of a Chinese or Japanese masterpiece free of modern influence continues to be the naturalness and uncontrived, even "accidental" appearance of the work. The artist works with and harmonizes nature and its universal accidents. The guiding principles are wabi and sabi.

“Wabi-sabi is a beauty of things imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete. It is a beauty of things modest and humble. It is a beauty of things unconventional.”
“The simplicity of wabi-sabi is probably best described as the state of grace arrived at by a sober, modest, heartfelt intelligence. The main strategy of this intelligence is economy of means. Pare down the essence but don’t remove the poetry”
