4. WORKING PROCEDURE

4.1 Axial Fan / Inline � Centrifugal / Inline Mix Flow Fan.

4.1.1 Check Builder7s work and installation location

4.1.2 Check equipment type and model

4.1.3 Check fan components have no any visible damage.

4.1.4 Rotate fan blower by hand for abnormality check of blower and housing.

4.1.5 Ensure that there is no foreign material inside blower and housing.

4.1.6 Check dimension of fan base or mounting point.

4.1.7 Install expansion bolts.

4.1.8 Check air flow direction of fan.

4.1.9 Mount the fan with vibration isolator on steel base or hanging support, Fix bolts, nuts and washer.

4.2 Centrifugal Fan

4.2.1 Check Builder7s work and installation location.

4.2.2 Check equipment type and model.

4.2.3 Check fan components have no any visible damage.

4.2.4 Rotate fan blower by hand for abnormallty checked of blower and housing.

4.2.5 Adjust tension of fan beits and pre � alignment.

4.2.6 Ensure that there is no foreign material inside blower and housing.

4.2.7 Set up belt guard (If requlred)

4.2.8 Check dimension to fan base or mounting point.

4.2.9 Install expansion bolts.

4.2.10 Check air flow direction of fan

4.2.11 Mount the fan with vibration isolator on steel base or hanging support, fix bolts, nuts and washer.

4.2.12 Level the Fan.

5. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control works should be performed in the particular works as described in the following
