INTRODUCTION
Berry Systems are market leaders in ‘Off Highway’ safety barriers installed for the protection of people, vehicles, plant and buildings. Over recent months they have developed an innovative range of Industrial safety products that complements and aids their core business.
All of these systems can be applied to a variety of different applications including: distribution yards, industrial premises, commercial sites and the transportation sectors such as, automotive, aviation and rail.
METALWORK- BOLLARDS
Berry Systems offer a wide range of Bollards made from steel or plastic. These can be used delineating entry/exit lanes, marking boundaries or protecting specific areas.
Bollards are ideal for limiting vehicular entry to certain areas, whilst still allowing pedestrian movement throughout. They can be positioned so only certain vehicles can obtain access thus protecting specific areas on site. Multiple finishings and fixings are available including: Galvanized, Stainless Steel, Powder Coated, Bolt-down and Cast-In.

Our high-quality designs are ideal for use in industrial premises where vehicular activity is increased.Our in-house design team is able to create a bespoke system that meets all your essential requirements; anti-slip coating and high-visibility strips can be used to aid personnel when crossing.
Being experienced manufacturers and installers of specialist safety applications, Berry Systems are able to develop a complete range staircases, suitable within industrial premises and service yards, including: Straight, Spiral, Quarter, Half or Three-Quarter turn, curved and a combination of the above.
All systems are designed by our experienced in-house design team so all your necessary requirements can be met; complete bespoke systems can also be created. Again, a variety of finishings are available to meet your aesthetic requirements and anti-slip coatings and treads can be included.

Our proprietary anti-climb mesh and pedestrian handrails can be incorporated into the design to prevent injury; in-case of tripping or slipping these applications will inhibit the risk of serious harm. RUBBER PROTECTION
Rubber Protection is a cost-effective way to reduce damage to site and infrastructure, especially in small footprint areas. They can be applied to all building structures and can help reduce damages to vehicles and stock in transit.
Site-cops can be used throughout industrial premises to help manage the flow of traffic, in and around site. Damage to vehicles, stock in transit and site infrastructure can also be reduced. They can withstand brushing, scraping from low level impacts.
Our metalwork package is costumed to meet your unique requirements; Berry Systems are able to provide a variety of fencing solutions for inside you're industrial premise and the areas that surround it.In relation to new UK legislations, we're able to ensure a controlled and safe environment is created whilst encouraging the maximized utilisation of space.Berry Systems provides a variety of bolted-down and cast-in fence systems in multiple sizes and colours; all aesthetic and safety requirements can be met and often exceed expectation.

COLUMN PROTECTION UNITS
SLOWSTOP BOLLARDS
The patented SlowStop® Bollard system is a revolutionary rebounding steel pipe bollard that does more than just block access. During a collision, the kinetic energy of the impact is progressively absorbed by an elastomer hidden in the base of the bollard. The post is able to tilt approximately 20° as it progressively absorbs energy, softening the impact. After the impact, the post returns upright, leaving your guard intact and ready to perform again. SlowStop® Bollards are made for concrete installation only.
The system is made up of four main components: The post (standard schedule 40 / ISO pipe), the base, an adapter, and the energy absorbing elastomer. Each piece is modular and easily replaced should damage occur. The system is installed using four or eight concrete anchor screws to secure the unit to the concrete.
Supporting columns are highly vulnerable to damage from factory traffic. Damage repairs can be costly and in the worst cases can affect the structural integrity of the building with far reaching consequences. All Berry Systems column protection products cater for various shapes and sizes and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.
Our in-house design team are experienced in developing systems that comply will all UK legislations.
Column Mounted and Floor Mounted systems are available depending on your specific needs; column mounted systems are favoured when the maximum utilization of space is required and/or if ground conditions are not suitable.

Official UK distributor 0 1Different sizes and specifications are available but the bollard itself can be fitted to a variety of different cross connectors, elbows and tee sections to create a 'Horseshoe Bollard'.
The bollards themselves are available in 3 types: Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3; these are able to support increasing levels of impact whilst still maintaining the protection of all personnel, equipment and stock on site.
Different colours are also available upon request.
