Hello Chargers!! February was a busy month at CCHS and love was in the air! Our teacher appreciation committee treated our teachers to some delicious homemade Valentine's treats! Also, the PTSA provided dinner for our fabulous teachers who spent their Valentine's Day at parent teacher conferences. Perhaps it was not the most romantic way for them to spend the evening, but they were so gracious and hardworking, they extended many thanks for the delicious meal. A warm thank you to all of you who contributed to this event, and we extend our most heartfelt thanks to this wonderful staff that cares so much about our children. It feels like we are still in the middle of winter, but there are already a lot of plans being made for next year! Students are laying the groundwork for their student government campaigns, schedules are being put together for classes, and the PTSA is planning an election for their 2017/18 Executive board. We invite all PTSA members to please come and vote on March 23rd at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. We are hoping all parent, student, and faculty PTSA members will come out and cast their votes. As Henry Ford once said, "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself." Let's continue to work together as we draw closer to the end of this year and make plans for a bright future.
