On the Splicer side (Mesdan®YarnJoining Division), we highlight Indigo splicer4662 for knotless joining of Indigo dyeddenim yarns at the re-beaming process,which generates frequent yarn breaks.

The INDIGOSPLICER is endowed with asmall tank containing dye-stuff which is

sprayed during the splice cycle colouring thewhite fibres, thus eliminating the white spotin the spliced area. INDIGO SPLICER hasbeen designed in order to ease yarn intro-duction and reduce exceeding yarn length.

The ergonomic Track mounted installa-tion enables to move it quickly from onejoining position to the other by mean of onehand.
