ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFECONTAINMENT, TRANSPORTING & RECYCLING

All PROS equipment brought on to any property is equipped and/or accompanied with drip pans and/or a similar

types of containment devices where there is a potential for drips, leaks and/or releases while rigging up and down.

Drip pans/devices will be emptied into approved containers and taken to a customer approved location,. The fluids

will be transported safely to the applicable location for recycling.

Where leaks and/or spills may occur, attempts will be made immediately to eliminate them by improved operational

and/or maintenance practices.

All spills meeting the criteria of Notification Procedures will be immediately reported to the appropriate Safety

Department and/or Personnel.

All spills and/or releases will be addressed in a timely manner with a high priority placed on reducing the exposure

to the public and to the environment, habitat ,surface ground and equipment.

Cleanup shall include restoration of the impacted area to pre-spill/release condition.
