Objective: To encourage students to compete in events that test their skills and knowledge in
various areas of computer engineering. This event aims for students,across colleges from Pune to
develop a competitive spirit as well as apply their knowledge.
1. To develop the ability to express ideas through Competition
2. To motivate the student to work in teams to achieve a common goal.
3. To get lifelong learning experience .
4. The ability to understand professional ethics and responsibilities.
Outcomes: Participants from various colleges participated and expressed there talent. They got
lifelong learning experience. Students worked an individual and in team to show the creativity.
The student coordinators understand professional ethics and responsibilities.

Description: An intra-college technical and gaming event/competition organized by ACE (The
Association of Computer Engineers) of the Computer Department. Eight different events run in
parallel over the course of a two days. Each event is managed by 2 coordinators, 4 or more
volunteers as well as two teacher/staff coordinators.

The event commenced with inauguration by the hands of the Principal ,
Dr. A.A.Keste ,Vice Principle Dr.V.N.Raibhole , Head of Department Dr. Mrs. N.F. Shaikh in
the presence of the staff and the student coordinators. This was followed by rounds of events
running simultaneously in different class. The eleven events for the Couple of the days were:
Algoholics which focuses on questioning the basics and the creativity of the participants as they
are given questions to solve. CODE FURY a technical competition for code improves
imagination power of student in direction of logical thinking. Web Quest which includes use of
Google Hunt a software which presents some questions to be answered in 20 minutes. Tech
Wizard which is a software that presents technical questions that to be answered within 15
minutes. FIFA 18 gives the experience of team work and a firm decision. G BRAINY a memory
game to test participant’s confidence. Counter Strike is a an action based game in which
participants use their skills, team play, ability to win the virtual game. AutoCadd Hunt is a
software which presents some questions on the grounds of logic, graphics and similar parameters
to be answered in 60 minutes. Binge Watch, an event that tests the participant knowledge &
information about Hollywood TV Series. Maymay-ers is three round of event consisting of
image,gif and youtube quiz, from images and gif and participants have to write caption. Beats
Beats is a Music Quiz which represents some questions related to audio and video which to be
answered in 20 minutes.
All events saw a great participation with the total number 212 registrations coming from
publicity prior to the event as well as on-the-spot registrations. All participating students were
awarded certificates and winners, with memento and cash prize.

Suggestions for improvement:
More days required for publicity in other colleges and for decoration as
suggested by the respective committees.
Overlapping events forced participants to choose between two events as event
shedule is tight.
More events and different events/ideas.
Events like FIFA and Counter Strike should get extra 1-1:30 hours than the
regular time.
