1. Introduction
The document covers the features available in the new Merchant Portal. 2. Login
1. Unlike the existing merchant portal, EPG’s new portal allows merchants to login with user name and password.
2. Merchant has option to reset the password.
3. User having admin privilege can create other user for the customer.
3. Dash Board
Once the user login to the portal, he/she could see the graphical representation of transaction record. Below are the type of charts that gives the overall picture of transactions records.

4. Search Transaction and Invoice
In the search menu, user will have option to search Transaction and Invoice.
1. Transaction Search
Transaction details can be searched based on many filter like Store, Terminal, Date Range, Amount, Order ID and Transaction ID etc.
Below screenshot shows the various criteria available to search the transaction and search result.
On clicking the transaction id, it will open the popup with transaction details.
2. Payment Capture & Reversal
In the details window of transaction, the user will have option for capture, reverse and refund of the transaction based on the permission.

3. Invoice Search
Transaction details can be searched based on many filter like Store, Terminal, Date Range, Amount, Order ID and Transaction ID etc.
Below screenshot shows the various criteria available to search the transaction and search result.

4. Report Customization and Export The transaction reports can be customized by selecting or deselecting the columns displayed on the report. User will have option to export the displayed records into PDF or Excel

5. Generate Invoice
1. This menu is one of the key feature available with Etisalat Payment Gateway. 2. Using this merchant can generate payment link and send it to the customer to receive
payment with no development and integration effort. 3. For using this merchant will not be required to have any portal/site. 4. Merchant can simply login to this portal and send invoice link to the customer. By opening
the link, the customer can complete the payments. 5. There are two mode of invoice generation supported.
a. Single – Single invoice will be generated and sent it to customer b. Batch – batch file with multiple invoice details can be uploaded to generate bulk
invoices in single shot.

6. Virtual Terminal
1. This menu allows merchant to collect the credit card information from the customer (use case like call center) and perform payment on behalf of customer.
2. This type of payment will be MOTO (Non-3D Secure). 3. This supports two way of performing payments.
a. Single – Enter the payment details for single transaction and make one payment. b. Batch – Upload a batch file with multiple payment records.

7. Create Users
1. Admin user can create other users for performing portal operations. 2. For initial access to this new portal, merchant can send email to below addresses with details
filled in below table. To get Admin access prior approval from Etisalat’s Account Manager is must.
