89% of companies continue to use paper-based forms or e-mailed “Word” or other similar documents;

Good news: 63% of organizations in Asia Pacific say they have succession plans in place at least for their top tier leaders

Bad news: only 35% of companies say they plan to develop or implement new technology to support succession planning in the next two years

So, what’s holding organizations back?

Not enough time invested in development (45%) and a lack of urgency by the organization (43%) holds organization’s back from achieving desired results.
