Our own Company CITY DIAGNOSTIC & HEALTHCARE CLINIC which carry out the necessary medical check ups of candidates and issue medical fitness certificates prior to their departure makes sure that the selected candidates are both physically and mentally fit for overseas employment. Once the candidate completes all their medical formalities and then only we declare the candidate as FIT TO WORK and acceptable for the job.

PROBATION & GUARANTEE
We are responsible for the performance &
productivity of the candidates recruited by us
for a period of three months. We will replace,
at no additional cost to the employer, if any
employee who may be found to be not
qualified to work as per the job description
attached to his contractual position during
the 90 day’s probation period. Also we will
replace the candidate if he is found medically
unfit during the probation period.
COST & PROFESSIONAL FEES
We take a nominal RECRUITMENT FEES for the services
rendered and other responsibilities like releasing
advertisements, screening of applications, selection,
trade testing, documentation, visa processing,
immigration document deposit & clearance, and
mobilization process. This varies to country to country
recruitments.
This charge will vary according to the category of workers
recruited, number of workers recruited, period for the
workers and place where they are recruited.
Hence this cost can be discussed and finalized after we
are chosen as your AGENT for recruitment.
