JOSHUA CHADWICK – Associate AdviserJosh commenced working at MEP via a summer vacation program in 2014. Josh then took the opportunity to work part-time at MEP while completing the final year of Law/Economics double degree at the University of Western Australia. As an investment advisor, his main passion is in equity markets, with his legal background providing a useful foundation for contributing to the legal aspects of deal structure and negotiation.

Ryan has participated in the equities market as a private investor for many years prior to joining the team at Mac Equity Partners. Before investing full time, he started and sold a number of businesses.

Mr. Laws has an extensive reach throughout the investing community including a number of high net worth individuals and sophisticated investors.

Geoff is a Director of Mac Equity Partners and has significant experience as a corporate advisor and strategy consultant advising companies on commercialization and IP management, business development, mergers and acquisitions strategy. Mr. Pocock is the Managing Director of Hazer Group Ltd, an IPO carried out by Mac Equity Partners in December 2015 and is currently trading at circa 250% premium to listing price.

Terry is a senior commercial lawyer and manager with more than 20 years of experience in project development, mining and general commercial law. He initially worked with leading law firms in Perth and Sydney before moving in house, where he has worked as the General Counsel of Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd and prior to that as a Corporate Counsel with Rio Tinto Ltd. Terry currently serves as Chief Development Officer for Hazer Group Ltd.

Emma has diverse capital markets and corporate governance experience in Australia and the UK and is currently Company Secretary of Hazer Group Limited and Universal Biosecurity Limited and a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of Moko Social Media Limited.Emma is a Chartered Accountant and has completed a bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia.

Mr. McLarty has over 20 years’ experience in public capital markets and raising capital for technology ventures. Bryant was the Executive Chairman of PharmAust Limited (ASX:PAA). Bryant was also a Non-Executive Director of Avation PLC (LSE:AVAP), a specialist commercial passenger aircraft leasing company managing a fleet of 24 aircraft, from 2008 to 2013. Mr. McLarty is currently on the board of Hazer Group Ltd as a Non-Executive Director.

Jason joined Mac Equity Partners in 2013, prior to this he was at Sentinel Stockbroking. Jason has experience in capital raisings, corporate advisory and trading securities for an extensive list of private high net worth clients. He has a comprehensive network in Australia and overseas. Jason is the Corporate Advisor for Hazer Group Ltd. Mr. Skinner has completed a bachelor of Economics and a bachelor of Commerce at the University of WA.

2010 – Structural Monitoring Systems (SMN.AX) – Restructure.• Two $500,000 placements in 2010 to MEP clients and assisted in a number of other capital raises

from 2011 to 2015.

• SMN received FAA approval for their “CVM” technology in late 2015, and are now looking to

sign contracts with major airlines in the US and Europe.

• Investment Performance: Share price rise from a low of 2c in 2013 to a sustained high of $2 -

$2.40 in 2016.

2015 – Hazer Group Ltd. (HZR.AX) – IPO.• Seed round carried out successfully in late 2014.

• Successful IPO, with company listing on the ASX on December 2nd, 2015.
