how to spa

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you may relax and fully prepare for your journey.

You may take full advantage of our showers, saunas and relaxation areas before and after your treatments.

Whether you prefer to go bare, wear a swimsuit or undergarments during your treatment, the choice is yours – we want you to be completely comfortable. We can also provide disposable undergarments if you prefer.

We provide lockers for clothing and other personal items, but please leave valuables locked in the safe provided for you in your room.

If you are running late for your appointment, we unfortunately cannot give extensions on service times due to a late arrival. We will give you the total time remaining for the time slot that you are booked for.

If you can’t make your appointment, need to re-schedule or cancel, we require at least four hours advance notice. Regrettably, you will be charged for 100% of the service or package price if the required notice of cancellation is not given.

Pricing is inclusive of government tax and sales tax (where applicable). Prices may be subject to change. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

An additional 12.5% service charge will be added to the listed prices upon checkout.

In accordance with International Spa Industry Standards, certain medical conditions may prohibit the use of some facilities, and your ability to experience some of our services.
