Happy New Year and welcome to the first Menu Matters of 2016! To kick start the new year, we have lots of great offers for some new beginnings for your menus.

There is great value on our Glin Valley Irish breaded chicken range. All of this meat comes from birds reared in Ireland. The goujons are 100% breast meat and are now packed in 1kg bags, ideal for butchers as well as food service. We are very excited to be launching a Glin Valley gluten-free range this month also.
