APPOINTMENTS Advance reservations are recommended for all spa services. Please advise us of your gender preference for your service pro-vider when making your reservation. For privacy, cell phones, pagers, cameras and video cameras may not be used anywhere in the locker rooms or spa area. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time to change into a robe and slippers, or relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna as preparation for your treatment and to ensure your full service.

AGE REQUIREMENTS All minors under the age of 18 receiving a spa service (Massage or Facial) will require a parent/guardian to be present in the room for the entire length of the service. The spa and fitness center are an adult-oriented atmosphere. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

GRATUITY Gratuity is always optional. For your convenience, a gratuity of 18% will be added to your treatment price at check-in. You may make any adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all reserved services. All services are based on availability. No substitutions with packages. Services and fees are subject to change without notice.
