Offers help with mental,physical and financial wellbeing. Can include

counselling, physiotherapy, helpwith substance abuse, bereavement, financial

issues or general wellbeing.

Accessing Psychological Support

Emergency/crisis situationsTo support someone in severe emotional distress in the moment; extreme stress reactions, suicidal thoughts. It is vital that staff use this number only if in severe immediate crisis. Crisis Line:0808 196 2370 (available 24/7)

TRiM enquiries and referrals TRiM is an effective early-stage, peer-led, risk-assessment for ascertaining potential onset of PTS/PTSD. Referrals should be submitted to: [email protected]

Colleague in need of support

Discuss circumstances with colleague

If requiring advice about legal, housing, relationship, ask them to contact the Employee Assistance
