meningealis SPATIUM EPIDURALE ( contains a/v meningea + branchs of N.V)

• Between duramater lamina meningealis to arachnoidea SPATIUM SUBDURALE

In canalis vertebralis • Spatium epidurale between duramater lamina

meningealis and bone wall canalis (so=Spatium extradurale contains adipose tissue + plexus venosus vertebralis interna) like “ true/real” space

n.cranialis/n.spinalis when exit to each hole then attach at bone ( in each exit hole)

• Duramater in Cranium forms:• SINE VENOSUS ( between l.endostealis and l.meningealis)• 4 SEPTUM :1. FALX CEREBRI ( between the two top hemispherium cerebri, in fissura

longitudinalis cerebri)

2. TENTORIUM CEREBELLI ( dissociates lobus occipitalis cerebri and cerebellum)

3. FALX CEREBELLI ( between the two hemispherium cerebelli)

4. DIAPHRAGMA SELLAE ( above corpus sphenoidale)

• Arranged in layers as endothel ( = vessel)

• Contains blood venosa

• It is blood flow system /venosa CNS

• place of having estuary veins intracranial + certain extracranial ( v.emissaria).

ARACHNOIDEA

• Consisted of 2 part:1.MEMBRANA ARACHNOIDEA ( sticks at

duramater lamina meningealis)

2.TRABECULA ARACHNOIDEA

- connective tissue braid to PIAMATER

-located in SPATIUM SUBARACHNOIDEUM

• Membrana Arachnoidea to piamater → form a cavity = SPATIUM SUBARACH NOIDEUM.

SPATIUM SUBARACHNOIDEUM

Contains:

1. Artery and vein cerebri, diencephalon, cerebelli, truncus cerebri and medulla spinalis

2. Passed by n.cranialis + radix ventralis & dorsalis

3. Trabecula arachnoidea

4. Liquor cerebrospinalis (LCS)

ARACHNOIDEA• In certain part spatium subarachnoideum

become wide CISTERNA

• Kinds of cisterna :1. Cisterna cerebellomedullaris/magna

2. Cisterna pontis

3. Cisterna interpeduncularis/basalis

4. Cisterna chiasmatis

5. Cisterna fossa cerebri lateralis

6. Cisterna superior/cisterna ambiens

7. Cisterna lumbalis

ARACHNOIDEA

• VILLI ARACHNOIDALES ( Granulatio Arachnoidales) → jutty/villus formed by layer arachnoidea into sine sagittalis superior

• FUNCTION: place of excretion LCS from spatium subarachnoideum into blood to sine venosus

PIAMATER

Arranges in layers surface direct of cortex cerebri, cerebellum,diencephalon, truncus cerebri & medulla spinalis

o Enter at sulcus/fissurao Follows vessel entering to sulcus/fissura forms

cortex including vessel forming plexus choroideus

Piamater medulla spinalis to lateral formed 2 sheet as LIGAMENTUM DENTICULATUM to arachnoidea
