The final day of the championships will be televised live on the SEC network beginning at 5 p.m. CT on Sunday, May 13. Fans will be able to live stream Friday and Saturday’s action on the SEC Network plus beginning at 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., respectively. The broadcast talent includes Dwight Stones, Larra Overton, Jill Montgomery and John Anderson. Nationally Ranked SEC Teams In the most recent USTFCCCA NCAA National Rankings, eight SEC programs were among the top-25 best teams in the country led by No. 1 Florida. Following the Gators are No. 3 Alabama and No. 5 Texas A&M, No. 6 Georgia, No. 8 Arkansas, No. 12 LSU, No. 13 Kentucky, and No. 20 Mississippi State. Alabama enters the meet as the reigning SEC indoor champion, Texas A&M enters as the reigning SEC outdoor champion, and Florida comes in as the reigning indoor/outdoor national champion. The men’s track & field team is currently ranked No. 8 in the nation, according to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) and boast eight performances in the Top-20 of the NCAA with five of those falling inside the Top-10 including a nation-leading 4-x-100-meter relay. Since assuming the head coaching position at Arkansas, Bucknam has enjoyed tremen-dous success in the form of 21 Southeastern Conference championships, seven NCAA regional titles, and over 250 All-Americans, guiding the Razorbacks to 62 individual SEC event titles.

Nationally, Bucknam’s guidance has led the Razorbacks to 21 top 10 finishes since his arrival in Fayetteville. His cross country squads have placed in the top 10 in five times in his tenure while track and field has 16 top 10s including four national runner-up finishes and a national title.

Following an extended stay at Northern Iowa, Case joined the Razorbacks in 2008 and has since revitalized the Arkansas sprint teams and led his student-athletes to 10 NCAA individual titles, including the first ever championships in the pole vault, 60-meter hurdles, 100-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay and indoor 4x400-meter relay, and 124 All-America honors. Case’s guidance has helped Razorbacks claim 19 Southeastern Conference individual championships and grab 17 of the last 24 SEC league titles in cross country and track & field.

In his nine years on the sideline at Arkansas, Geopfert has built an impressive resume that in-cludes three Olympians, 8 NCAA individual national titles, 65 first-team All-Americans, 119 NCAA qualifiers, 69 conference champions and 132 all-conference performers. Those numbers don’t include the myriad of honors bestowed upon the student-athletes that Geopfert has recruited, an array of performers that have been among the top 10 recruiting classes in the nation in each of the past three years.

Matthew Downs enters his first season as the director of operations for the Arkansas men’s cross country and track and field program. As the Razorbacks’ director of operations Downs is charged with complete oversite of the team’s administration responsible for coordination of travel, meet operations, student-athlete eligibility, team equipment and gear and assisting with the promotion of the program. Downs comes to Fayetteville from Eugene, Oregon where he was employed in a similar capacity with the Oregon Ducks for four years.
