This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Taelyn Grant Rice who was born in Ocoee, Florida on September 30, 2008 and passed away on April 12, 2009. You will live forever in our memories and hearts. Taelyn was a very good little baby boy. He always brightened peoples days with his beautiful smile and great personality. He only lived 6 months but it was the best 6 months I could ever ask for. Taelyn was perfect in my eyes he never was too fussy, he had one of the best personalities I've seen in a baby, he slept all night since he was born and that was unusual but nice. Taelyn was my life my everything. I couldn't have asked for a better blessing for myself. Now he is in heaven walking next to our good Lord Jesus Christ. I love you.

I don't I remember a more peaceful baby. Looking into his eyes and staring into his little face could calm just about the hardest heart. I'll forget sitting with him in my kitchen and seeing him just staring with those eyes, trying to soak in everything there was to see. Such a beautiful baby. His smile was a sign of Heaven's love.

Taelyn was an eager child! He was ready to explore the world around him. His excitement was full with enthusiam. Shree could make him laugh without really trying. Did he really think she was funny? Fom the sound of his laughter, yes! When he saw his cousins or other children around him playing, he would jump with excitement. Oh, in just a matter of time, he would be with them; we would often think. Those thoughts were like a few of my dreams. There is a different way of thinking about him, and you might agree. The world around him was not limited to the here and now. Remember, when he went out, he always made friends. He would probably try to count them by holding up both of his hands up in front of his face (Smile).

Your first halloween, you were 1 month old. Mommy dressed you up like a little piece of candy corn and we went to Shree's Tae Kwon Doe school's halloween party, you slept most of the time but I think it was nice for us all to be around people.

Today mommy went back to work, and you spent your first full day with grandma. I missed you terribly all day long, but nothing like I miss you now.

We went to the Victory Martial Arts Black Belt Gala, so that Xzaviar could get his black belt.

Me, you, Shree and Uncle Sedric went to a Spring Carnival. You were not able to ride any rides, but you were able to enjoy just being outside and all your

Today, Shree' and I took you to see Race to Witch Mountain. Your first movie outing, you were so well behaved, other then throwing your pacifier over the chair even ten minutes, boy was Shree' tired by the end of the movie. But your giggles and squeals were all at the appropriate moments.

Today, Shree, Brittany, Jessica, you and I all went to Universal Studios. You were such a good boy. I so wanted to go many many times with you.

Me, you and Shree' took a trip to Boca Raton for Shree' to compete in a tournament, and she did as she does first place in sparring. As we left that day, we left her Tae Kwon Do bag, I was just in so much of a hurry to get back to Orlando. You both did so good the trip there and the trip back.

Today was the day before Easter, l would have never thought that today would be our last day together. You were a handful all day, you refuse to nap, but you were not crying or whining, you are actually

laughing the whole time, popping your head up everytime you hear my voice. When you finally did sleep it was not for that long.
