WHEREAS the original Memorandum, signed on May 3, 2012, expires
on May 3, 2015.
WHEREAS both the U . n1versity of Florida and the Universidade
Federal do Para have expressed satisfaction with the program and a
desire for it to continue.
THEREFORE this Addendum shall serve to renew th e original
Memorandum as described in the attached agreement. The Memorandum
shall remain in effect five s I . () years past the date of the ast
signature below. At the end of this period, both· parties must
re-evaluate the program and choose to extend or end the agreement
by mutual consent.
THEREFORE It is expected that within the five-year duration of
this agreement, the exchange will be fully balanced. If mutually
agreed upon, each institution - regardless of how many students the
partner school sends - may be allowed to send th e maximum number
of students per academic year. After five years, student activity
in the agreement will be reviewed and will guide the decision to
either renew or terminate the agreement.

of this instrument, each of which shall be considered an· onginat

below.

CONSIDERANDO que o memoranda original, assinado em 3 de maio de
2012, expira em 03 de
maio de 2015.
CONSIDERANDO que tanto a Universidade da Florida e a
Universidade Federal do Para
expressaram satisfa岔ao com o programa e um desejo para que ele
continue.
PORTANTO, esta adenda deve servir para renovar o Memorando o
riginal como descrito no acordo em anexo. O memorando permanecera
em vigor cinco (5) anos ap6s a data da ultima
assinatura abaixo. No final desde perfodo, ambas as partes devem
reavaliar o programa e
escolher estender ou terminar o acordo por mutuo
consentimento.
PORTANTO espera-se que dentro do perfodo de vigencia do contrato
de cinco anos, o , intercambio sera ba lanceado para ambas as
instituic;6es. Se mutualmente acordados, cada instituic;ao -
independente do numero de alunos que a instituic;ao parceira envia
- pode ser autorizado enviar um numero m拟imo de alunos por ano
letivo. Ap6s cinco anos, a atividade dos alunos no acordo sera
revisto e vai orientar a decis云o de renovar ou rescindir o
acordo.
POR ESTAREM CERTOS E AJUSTADOS, as duas partes assinam duas
c6pias deste
instrumento, cada um dos quais deve ser considerado como
original, na presenc;a de uma
testemunha cuja assinatura tambem deve aparecer abaixo.
