MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This agreement is entered into by and between spouses ANELITO
ARNOLD CARINO and BLESILDA S. CARINO, both of legal age, and
residents of Glan, Sarangani, hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF
THE FIRST PART, and spouses DATUSALEM A. KARON and ARLYN D. KARON,
both of legal age, and residents of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat,
hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
WITNESSETH:
1. That the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART is the parents of PRINCESS
JACKIE CARINO who is the common law wife of NASSEPH D. KARON, son
of the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART;2. That Princess Jackie Carino and
Nasseph D. Karon are now living as husband and wife and the former
is nearing delivery for their first baby;3. That the PARTY OF THE
FIRST PART and PARTY OF THE SECOND PART agree to provide continuous
education for their own child until they have graduated;
4. That both parties agree to share and share alike for the
payment of the board and lodging of their children; and
5. That both parties shall shoulder the payment of each of their
childrens tuition fees including their allowances.

ANDANG and MONERA A. ANDANG, both of legal ages, residents of Purok
Liwayway, San Pablo, Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as
PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, and

age, and a resident of Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as
PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
WITNESSETH:
1. That the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART is the owner of Video
Karaoke;
2. That the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART is an owner of an
establishment located along National Highway, Tacurong City
identified as Fassawai;
3. That the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART agrees to rent the said
Video Karaoke of the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and the latter agrees
to the intention;
5. That both parties agree to a sharing of Video Karaoke income
with ______- _____ sharing, the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART getting the
share of ___________, while the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART getting
the share of _____________;
