Provide any notes taken by City staff at the public meetings of the Northern Pass Committee. 2. Provide all documents that were relied upon to support the statement in the pre-filed testimony that any public benefits of the project are outweighed by the negative impacts. Provide any references or documents that refer to the Gateway Performance District and the designation of its scenic quality. (Bouchard and Matson) 4. RE: Technical Session Data Requests

A technical session was held on March 16, 2017, in the above referenced docket. The purpose of the technical sessions is for the parties to inquire of the Intervenor's witnesses their expertise, opinions and pre-filed testimony. The parties that were present during all or part of the technical session is listed on the sign-in sheet that is attached to this memorandum.

At the conclusion of the technical session, the following data requests remain outstanding:

8. Provide color print-outs of the 3 aerial photograph tiles in Concord that Mr. Van de Poll

reviewed for his analysis.

9. Provide the updated spreadsheet from Mr. Van De Poll's recent field work.

10. Provide all field notes and logs, photos, soil data and analysis, from the field work that

Mr. Van de Poll conducted on March 10.

11. Provide all identifying information related to the photograph that was taken in Rindge

and produced as data request 8, page 17. (Van de Poll)

12. Provide all records of the timing of the work that was done related to the picture

referenced in # 11 above.

13. Provide a list of the Lepidoptera compiled by Mr. Van de Poll.

14. Provide an outline and summary of Mr. Van de Poll's experience with the Kamer Blue

butterfly and wild lupine.

15. Provide a copy of the wetlands delineation inventory and report that was conducted for

the Town of Rindge on the proposed Kinder-Morgan pipeline project. (Van de Poll)

16. Provide a list of the prior projects that the Chesapeake Conservancy worked on where it

used the same methodology that is contained in Exhibit C. (Fenstermacher)

17. Provide the resume of Jeffrey Allenby of Chesapeake Conservancy. Include a list of

similar projects that he has worked on, and in particular, a list of any transmission line

projects that he has worked on. (Fenstermacher)

18. Provide the written scope ofwork between Chesapeake and Concord.

19. Provide the data sets, and their origin, that were used in the view shed mapping

conducted by Chesapeake. (Fenstermacher)

20. Provide information regarding the methodology that was used in analyzing the building

heights (i.e. were the buildings extruded to their actual heights). (Fenstermacher)

21. Provide information regarding how the visibility ranges were assigned to buildings that

have multiple floors and how was it determined that the Project would be visible from a

particular building (i.e. the tip of the building vs. the entire building). (Fenstermacher)

22. Provide minutes of the Conservation Committee meetings where there were any

presentations or review of the Unitil pole replacement project conducted in Turtle Pond.

23. Provide the total sum of money that Concord paid to Mr. Van de Poll and to Chesapeake

Conservancy. (McClure and Tardiff)

24. Identify places where the Project would violate the 35-foot height limitation in the zoning

ordinance (page 15, lines 5-14 ofthe 11115116 pre-filed testimony). (McClure and

Tardiff)
