policy on illegal copying and use of commercial software.
Unlicensed duplication or unauthorized use of any software program
is illegal and can jeopardize the companys good name and
reputation. Legal actions can also be taken by the authority
against you and the company, under the copyright law.
Employees are therefore, advised not to copy any program
installed on your computer for any purpose without permission from
MR. Ramasamy, our Technical Supervisor. Any installation must be
with a clear verification that the company owns a license to cover
that installation. You are also reminded not to download
unauthorized software from the Internet. This policy will be
strictly enforced to make sure that you and the company are not
exposed to serious legal consequences. Please do not hesitate to
