Subject: Self Introduction As a new HOD.

The purpose of this letter is to briefly introduce myself as telenor’s new HOD of Marketing Department. I very recently joined the company and am taking over from Mr. Anwar Ahmed who has moved on to other challenges in this industry. I have just completed telenor’s management orientation program and am now keen to meet face-to-face with all of my key staff members.

Before that I was working at PTCL as a senior marketing advisor. Proudly due to some of my policies I got really warm appreciation from my colleges and seniors as well. I had done my graduation from Punjab university five years back, after that I had done my masters from abroad and came back to Pakistan in 2007 after completing my specialization from U.K. Other than this I had done many short courses in the field of marketing to improve my efficiency. My basic Objective is to took our company to the number one position in Pakistan, for that purpose we should pay our full attention to our marketing policies & costumer relationship. The only way to do this in my knowledge is to improve the service quality of our department.

So, after all that conversation I would expect that all of you will be clear about my objectives & vision therefore I would like a warm welcome from all of you in the form of hard work and sincerity. I will do all that can I do to achieve the number one spot in this industry and all of you know that it is not possible without your help and assistance. I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about your company in the near future. I look forward to a positive response and thank you in advance for your co-operation on this.
