Re: Media Center Self Evaluation

This memo is to serve as notice of a self-evaluation conducted on the media center at MLK Elementary. The evaluation was conducted using the Judy Serritella Exemplary Library Media Program Self Evaluation Rubric. The evaluation focuses on six key categories with corresponding target indicators. Rankings for each indicator include Basic, Proficient, & Exemplary. Below is a breakdown of the results.

The goal of the POA is to at a minimum be proficient in all areas. The plan also address key areas that are currently ranked as proficient and details steps needed in order to meet the exemplary ranking.
