ERYAP GROUP founded in Turkey by its current Chairman KAHRAMAN ERUSLU, started to production journey with different products in the 1960s, since the first day constantly investing in growing industries. As a leading manufacturer of the construction materials since 2001, ERYAP GROUP has been producing polymer based vinyl siding systems for the facade cladding, PVC door and window systems and insulation materials for construction sector providing solutions for the thermal, water, acoustic insulation and fire protection in building, industrial applications in its three factories covering a total surface area of over 150.000m².

ERYAP GROUP has established its first factory in Gaziantep to produce polymer based siding under the brand name of AMERICAN SIDING and became the first Company to produce the vinyl siding commercially in Turkey. The company began manufacturing and supplying Extruded Polystyrene(XPS) Thermal Insulation Boards under BONUS brand at its second factory in Silivri/Istanbul in 2005. In order to expand the products range and satisfy the increasing customer demands, the Company launched new factory to manufacture waterproofing membranes under BONUS Brand in 2007. ERYAP GROUP started to supply the BONUS Thermal Insulation Systems in 2009, as a part of its responsibility for the overall products available to the distributors. Later we started PVC Doors&Windows System in an innovative way under the brand name WINER in 2010, providing a high level quality, comfort and convenience, long useful life, brillant white color. BONUS SHINGLE products designed for roofs with wide range of shapes and colors in year 2010. Finally, ERYAP GROUP has set up the first stonewool production line its thirth factory in Sakarya in 2012 and continued to expand its production capacity by the the second line in 2017 with the extensive experience in the insulation sector.

Bituminous Waterproofing Membranes can be classified according to its finish (sand, polyethylene film, mineral slate or aluminium), as well as by its addives (modified SBS bitumen,or modified APP bitumen) and by its reinforcement (fibreglass, polyester felt, etc) membrane types makes it possible to waterproof in any aspect of construction. It is a plastomeric type waterproofing membrane produced from modified bitumen reinforced with APP (atactic polypropylene). It is produced with fiberglass and polyester felt too. It does not melt or flow in hot weather conditions, it does not crack or break in cold weather conditions. It offers solutions for all waterproofing details especially for terrace and foundation applications.

BONUS MEMBRANE PLATIN (-10 0C)It is a plastomeric type waterproofing membrane produced from modified bitumen reinforced with APP (atactic polypropylene). Platinum series membranes can with stand higher stresses with increased reinforcement weight and also perform well in the continental (mid-cold) climate zone.

It is an elastomeric type waterproofing membrane produced from modified bitumen reinforced with SBS (Styrene butadiene styrene). Thanks to a special mix, it can remain elastic even at very low temperatures and can maintain the advantages of bending values throughout its life. It provides the ideal insulation for the highly elastic, vibrating and expanding roofs by its structure.

BONUS STONE WOOL products are natural fibrous material with its thermal and sound insulating properties, excellent performance for the fire protection of residential area and industrial structures. Stone wool is produced from volcanic minerals such as basalt, limestone, dolomite, and bauxite. It is non-combustible with a melting point of approximately 1000°C. The minerals, as raw materials, are initially fused in an electric furnace and the vitreous melt is then spun into fibres. BONUS STONE WOOL Building Insulation products are formed in boards, rolls and loose fill in a variety of dimensions. The products may also be manufactured with facings with excellent thermal insulation, with a very low thermal conductivity coefficient and excellent thermal resistance even at high temperatures.
