Annexure 1 MEMBERSHIP RULES I. MEMBERSHIP 1. The membership of FLO is open for women only. 2. There are two types of members in FLO (A) Individual (B) Institutional A. Individual Membership is open to i. Nominee of all categories of Members of the federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). ii. Women Entrepreneurs in business and professions including those relating to trade, commerce and industry. B. Institutional Membership is open to i. Women’s Organisations, Local Chambers of Commerce, Member-bodies and associate members of FICCI affiliated organisations, Any other organisations working for similar objectives as FLO, Companies/firms proprietary concerns involved in business etc. ii. Any three members from the institution can attend FLO programmes. iii. Membership is transferable within the institution. II. MEMBERSHIP FEE & SUBSCRIPTION i. For the purpose of Membership fee & subscription, the relevant year is April- March. ii. The Governing Body shall have the power to alter the rate of subscription as per the procedure laid down in the Guidelines. iii. The new membership must be proposed by an existing member of FLO in good standing. iv. The decision regarding acceptance of membership is taken by the Governing Body of FLO, whose decision is final.

MEMBERSHIPRULES

I.MEMBERSHIP

1. The membership of FLO is open for women only.

2. There are two types of members in FLO

2.PaymentPaymentmaybemade either in cash or by cheque, drawn in favour of FICCILADIESORGANISATION.PleasementionyournameandMobilenumberbehindthecheque.

III.TERMINATIONOFMEMBERSHIP

A. Membership shall be terminated for any of the following reasons:

i. If the subscription including arrears, if any is not paid within 30 days after service of a notice.

ii. Resignation in writing, being accepted by the Govening Body.

iii. If the member becomes of unsound mind or insolvent or convicted for a criminal offence.

B. The Governing Body shall have the power to terminate the membership of any individual or institution after passing a resolution to that effect by two-third majority or the members present and voting at a Governing Body Meeting.
